Stray Anchor Invoice Match
Terms of use
Last updated 14 October 2026
The agreement
These terms are between you (the business using the app) and Stray Anchor Pty Ltd (ABN 22 700 917 111), Perth, Western Australia. By installing or using Stray Anchor Invoice Match you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can agree for that business.
What the app does
It reads supplier invoices you upload or email to your store's invoice address, checks them against your Shopify purchase orders and what Shopify shows as received, and, when you approve an invoice, creates a bill in the Xero or QuickBooks Online organisation you connect.
You stay in charge of your books
- Invoices are read automatically, using AI, and a reading can be wrong. Check each invoice and its flags before you approve it.
- A bill is only created when you approve it. You're responsible for the bills you approve, the accounts and tax codes you choose, and paying your suppliers.
- The app isn't accounting, tax or legal advice.
Plans and billing
Plans and prices are shown in the app and on the Shopify App Store. Charges are billed by Shopify with your Shopify bill, and you can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app's Plan page. When you go over your plan's monthly invoices, new invoices wait until you upgrade or the next month starts.
Your data
Your invoices and data stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in our privacy policy. When you connect Xero or QuickBooks, you authorise us to read your accounts, tax codes and contacts, and to create contacts, bills and attachments there when you approve an invoice. You can disconnect at any time in the app or in Xero or QuickBooks.
Fair use
Don't use the app to break the law, to send other people's documents you're not allowed to share, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change the app, and we'll tell you in the app or by email before a change that takes something away from your plan.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. When you do, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy. We may end these terms if you break them, with notice where we reasonably can.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Questions: hello@strayanchor.com.au.
